Annie has over 40 years of experience in real estate, training and management practices, having worked across Australia and overseas with an impressive list of clients. Her skills have been recognised with the prestigious REIACT President’s Award for her expertise and services to the real estate industry, and the John Scott Memorial Award for services to the training industry. She was also a board member advising the ACT Government on higher education for many years.

Annie’s expertise and training abilities have ensured high demand for her simple, practical and challenging insights, which are relevant, thought-provoking and life changing—and always peppered with large doses of her inimitable humour.

Head of Dexar Elite

Simon has extensive experience in real estate, having secured his first role in the industry in 1992. Since then, he has held several senior positions including management and Principal roles with in the Independent Property Group brand. Simon operated within the top 1% of established listers within the brand and has extensive knowledge of project sales, listing and selling in excess of 1000 units in his time. Simon has been coaching and mentoring both new and established salespeople, Principals and Business owners for several years.

He now heads up Dexar Elite, which develops and delivers best practice business development programs focused on elite and emerging industry leaders within Dexar’s house of brands.
